How to order your invitation

1. Choose your card or video

Browse invitation cards from R100 or invitation videos from R300. Open a product to see the full design and its current price. Cards include a matching front and back; videos are ordered separately.

2. Send your details on WhatsApp

Use the order button on the product page. It includes the design name and reference. Add the following details:

• Names and hosting family wording
• Ceremony title, date and starting time
• Full venue address and directions if needed
• RSVP name, number and deadline
• Preferred language, invitation message and dress code

3. Confirm your order

We confirm your requested changes, the price, payment arrangements and delivery timing through WhatsApp before proceeding. Tell us when you need your invitation and ask about any special background, colour or audio request.

4. Check your invitation details

Check spelling, date, time, venue and RSVP information carefully when reviewing your personalised invitation. Let us know if a detail needs correcting before the final file is prepared.

5. Receive and share your file

Receive your finished digital invitation to share with family and guests. For cards, printing is separate; let us know your intended print size when placing the order. You do not need Canva or an editing app.

Questions before ordering

Can I order from anywhere in South Africa?

Yes. Orders and file delivery are handled online, so you can contact us from Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria or elsewhere in South Africa.

Can I order both a card and a video?

Yes. Send both design references. Each format is priced separately; the product pages show the current amounts.

How long will my order take?

Ask us to confirm availability and turnaround for your chosen design before ordering, especially if your event is soon.
